Oleksiy Piddubny is a scientist and practitioner in the field of law, Doctor of Laws, Professor, Attorney. He has over 25 years of professional experience, covering legal, advocacy, scientific, expert and teaching activities.
* In his scientific work, Oleksiy Yuriyovych focuses on issues of legal regulation of inspection activities in agriculture, legal relations in the field of biotechnology, as well as on the modern direction – the implementation of intellectual property rights in the field of breeding and seed production.
As the Executive Director of the Union, he is responsible for the preparation and implementation of activity programs, contributes to the improvement of legislation, protects the rights of breeders and owners of intellectual property rights.
